登山后的瑜伽
因为昨天的爬山,今天全身疼痛!!
为了伸展一下肌肉,到健身房作了瑜伽。现在好多了◎
在做瑜伽的时候,看到很多人的柔韧性非常的好,羡慕极了m(__)m
看来坚持下去应该会有效果吧(笑)

听说瑜伽能矫正骨盘,但是至于身体的柔软性嘛~~~~多少事能改变一点啦,不过如果你的身体很硬的话,是不是因为最近该片吃多了呀?
